Delta V is about change.

Change is hard. It takes energy, planning, discipline, and it often involves starts, stops, and failure. 
But change is how we grow. It may contain pain, but it’s how we grow beyond what we are today. 
One degree of change over the course of a lifetime changes our entire path.

One different choice, one different decision - they may all define our path so far. But they don't define what we can become.
Change is how we build the future.

Change is how we build something better.

Change is how we embrace moments and become something more. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. 
That’s what Delta V is all about. We’re here to enable change, enable hope, enable a tomorrow that is better than today.

WHY DELTAV1 EXISTS

Most organizations do a poor job at engaging in, supporting, and maintaining change. The barriers to change are high: tradition, existing language, and inertia, just to name a few. Both big and small organizations lack open conversations about change, common playbooks to follow through change, and positivity about what change can bring. 

DeltaV1 seeks to change (irony intended) this culture of change in companies. We support individuals, leaders, managers, teachers, coaches, and anyone else interested in learning and growing from change. We'll do it through a few key deliverables: 

  • Providing researched, insightful, and organized thought leadership on change from those experienced in practical leadership​

  • Providing a community for those who share our passion to openly discuss change, its challenges, and the right way to approach it

Provide resources and a compassionate, caring community to encourage and support change within organizational culture or personal life.

PURPOSE

DeltaV1's unique perspective and thought leadership create a candid conversation about change. By being organization agnostic and experienced in leading it, we seek common ideas to support change and growth
