One different choice, one different decision - they may all define our path so far. But they don't define what we can become.

WHY DELTAV1 EXISTS

Most organizations do a poor job at engaging in, supporting, and maintaining change. The barriers to change are high: tradition, existing language, and inertia, just to name a few. Both big and small organizations lack open conversations about change, common playbooks to follow through change, and positivity about what change can bring.

DeltaV1 seeks to change (irony intended) this culture of change in companies. We support individuals, leaders, managers, teachers, coaches, and anyone else interested in learning and growing from change. We'll do it through a few key deliverables:

Providing researched, insightful, and organized thought leadership on change from those experienced in practical leadership
Providing a community for those who share our passion to openly discuss change, its challenges, and the right way to approach it
